    This mini square griddle plate is ideal for any dish that needs to be served piping hot. Made of pre-seasoned cast iron, it is oven-safe and will also withstand the direct heat of a broiler. Helper handles make it easy to carry from the oven to the table for service. Heat-resistant to approximately 600F. Not dishwasher-safe.
