    This mini rectangular reversible griddle is ideal for any dish that needs to be served piping hot. One side is smooth and the other has a ridged surface, making it perfect for dishes such as steak, fajitas and fish. Made of pre-seasoned cast iron, it is oven-safe and will also withstand the direct heat of a broiler. Helper handles make it easy to carry from the oven to the table for service.
