      If you enjoy making your own pizza & calzone there is no better baking pan and I have tried many. The 19 5/8" X 13 3/4" is the perfect size for a large pizza and will produce a nice crispy, crust similar to a brick oven. This pan must be treated like cast iron or it can rust. After I'm done baking I wash it gently, dry and wipe with a thin coat of oil. If you treat it right it will probably last forever. To make great pizza I buy supermarket pizza dough, add my toppings (go easy on the sauce or the crust can get soggy) and bake @ 450 degrees about 15-20 minutes until the bottom of the crust is a browned.
