To portion large cakes, this U-shaped cake slicer can be adjusted to different heights, 7/8”, 1 1/8”, 1 ½”, 2” and 2 3/8” (2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 cm) depth cuts. The wire is made of stainless steel while the frame is made of chromed steel.
