These miniature versions of traditional Dutch ovens are most commonly used for side dishes and individual servings of soups and stews. They are easy to clean, durable and compatible with several heat sources, including gas, electric, ceramic and induction cooktops, as well as conventional and convection ovens. The white, orange, blue and green pieces have been enameled twice for a high-gloss finish that is durable and maintains its color. Each comes with a matching lid to retain heat and moisture. All lid knobs are heat resistant up to 800° F. The black pre-seasoned line has not been enameled and should be dried thoroughly after each use. The pre-seasoning treatment results in a soft, grainy matte finish. Note that all dimensions are interior and do not include handles or thickness of material.
