Lately I have been doing most of the meals for my wife and myself using recipes from Nutrition Action (Kate Sherwood). These tend towards the vegetarian and tend to be more voluminous than meat-oriented dishes.
I needed a deeper pan, but wanted it still to be basically a skillet; this skillet fills the bill 100% - both deep and relatively wide it can handle a lot of kale or bok choy etc.
If I had owned it longer I would probably give it a five, but in just a few uses it has proved to be worth buying.
I got the lid too.
